If you want the sweet spot, I’d aim for May to June or September for a mix of good weather, great scenery, and fewer crowds. If Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge is on your must-see list, spring is especially strong: National Trust highlights spring visits for the big coastal views, seabirds, basking sharks, and the classic “brave the bridge” experience.

One important note: Carrick-a-Rede requires advance booking, and the National Trust says online sales close one hour before each time slot, so plan that stop ahead of time.
